The provided folding chair holds me well. This does go up to 60c. The included remote allows for temperature selection, timer, foot heater, and light on/off. Great buy. This sauna is amazing. It was so easy to put together and it took less than 10 minutes. After it's set up you just plug it in and go. It came with a little chair to sit in too. This sauna is simple to assemble and use. The heating elements are properly positioned to provide proper, even heating to your body, the lighting is mellow and relaxing. The included chair is small and stable for someone of moderate weight and breadth. Heat and duration is easily settable, and works well even in cooler ambient (outside the sauna) temperatures.
