Refund policy

Returns:

Changed your mind? You can return any unopened and unused items within 30 days and receive a refund upon receipt. Email info@resetrecovery.com.au with your order number and we will provide you with the return address. 

We have implemented a $20 restocking fee (for each large item in the order) for change of mind returns and exchanges.
This fee covers the shipping and transaction expenses associated with the initial purchase. It helps offset the costs we incur for shipping the product to you and processing secure transactions. We strive to provide efficient service while maintaining a fair and sustainable business model. If you have any questions, please reach out to our customer support team. This might seem like a large fee- however it is a result of the initial postage cost on a 10kg+ item being high.

At Reset Recovery we are fully committed to customer satisfaction. If you have any issues or queries, please yell out! 

In the unlikely event that a device fails, we offer either a full money back guarantee or a replacement guarantee (at our discretion based on stock levels and availability of spares).  

All Reset Recovery units include a 1-year limited warranty. For warranty support, please email us at info@resetrecovery.com.au or contact us in the chat box below. 

This limited warranty does not cover failures due to abuse, accidental damage, or when repairs have been made or attempted by anyone other than Reset Recovery. No liability on this warranty shall be incurred in the respect to damage or loss occurring during transit to or from the purchaser.
