Changed your mind? You can return any unopened and unused items within 30 days and receive a refund upon receipt. Email info@resetrecovery.com.au with your order number and we will provide you with the return address. 

We have implemented a $20 restocking fee for change of mind returns and exchanges.
This fee covers the shipping and transaction expenses associated with the initial purchase. It helps offset the costs we incur for shipping the product to you and processing secure transactions. We strive to provide efficient service while maintaining a fair and sustainable business model. If you have any questions, please reach out to our customer support team. This might seem like a large fee- however it is a result of the initial postage cost on a 5kg item being relatively high. 

Return postage for change of mind returns is the responsibility of the customer.

In the unlikely event that a device fails, we offer either a full money back guarantee or a replacement guarantee (at our discretion based on stock levels and availability of spares).

This limited warranty does not cover failures due to abuse, accidental damage, or when repairs have been made or attempted by anyone other than Reset Recovery. No liability on this warranty shall be incurred in the respect to damage or loss occurring during transit to or from the purchaser.

Perfect to bring the sauna experience home

I really enjoy using a sauna but have only been able to do so on trips when the hotel has one. his has been an amazing way to bring the sauna experience home. The sauna is super easy o set up and heats up to a good temperature pretty quickly. I have had a great time relaxing in it every day since I got it. This pop-up sauna is one of those things you didn't you needed until you got one. It's the best thing after a workout or a long day at work. It doesn't take long to set up. Plus, it doens't take up much space. You can tuck this in a corner of your home somewhere. It heats up fast, and you will be ready to hop into it in no time. This creates that nice dry heat as you would expect from a sauna. It works very well for a pop-up home unit. This pop-up sauna is one of those things you didn't you needed until you got one. This sauna is simple to assemble and use. The heating elements are properly positioned to provide proper, even heating to your body, the lighting is mellow and relaxing. The included chair is small and stable for someone of moderate weight and breadth. Heat and duration is easily settable, and works well even in cooler ambient (outside the sauna) temperatures. This sauna is amazing. It was so easy to put together and it took less than 10 minutes. After it's set up you just plug it in and go. It came with a little chair to sit in too. Extremely convenient portable sauna. Set up was easy and can be done in a few minutes. Heats up quickly and surprisingly keeps it contained within the walls. I like having the foot heater. The provided folding chair holds me well. This does go up to 60c. The included remote allows for temperature selection, timer, foot heater, and light on/off. Great buy.
